here we go, fast and easy:

Nikki Beach on Saturday was pretty amazing with Miguel Migs and crew. Only someone got kicked out, Miguel got upset and there was silence on the beach for a while. These girls I call “the hustlers”. Our friend likes shinny objects and tends to gravitate towards these kinda ladies. $100 later in cocktails, they were out. Go girls!

We had to take a mini break, my crew was totally on the “had to many” trip, so we had to take a break. I went home and TWO hours later, two parties missed, I visited OhWow for their party. My NYC friend ended up getting a some art. That was cool.

Then it was off to the real deal parties. After picking up our passes for the other parties, we found ourselves at Om, but my batteries were all in the car – (parked real far away) and I missed out on some fun shots out here. I had a burger and just cringed my teeth at the missed opportunity. This is one of Tat’s girls feeling very VIP in the cabanas at Karu.

Ending it off, it was Sunday School for Degenertates. A legendary party I was really wishing I didn’t have to go to, but here it was and after a well rested body and mind, I showed up after noon and it was alive and kicking…..

….as Jesus watched over you at The Ice Palace.

Yesterday was a late start. Right now, there is a conflict of moons and stars, planets and orbits that have me and my crew in a chaotic state of emotion. So after we picked up our tickets for the OM Party tonight (excited about that), we actually said yes to one of our invites to a private party at The Standard (below).

The party was held INSIDE the Greek Hamam! Details on the DJs and more later on, but THIS was the party worth blogging about and I will be. There were towels and robes and oh yeah….never ending Moet Champagne.

After the sweaty mess I made of my self from dancing and dancing and dancing, we dried up in the “new” lobby where the party continued. But soon, it was off to hear and see Jonathan Peters at The Shelbourn pool party.

The place was packed, NYC crowd, lots of boys with muscles, not sure if they were gym bunnies or just Roid Rangers, but the ratio on guys to girls was pretty high. Still, nice set Mr. JP and good times as the sun was setting.

A friend had to be picked up from the airport, so that was our mini break. I stayed home and did some early editing and emailing. I showered off all the salty sweat from the Hamam, washed my one of my WMC dresses and set off to the downtown area.

After the PS 14s funk party, our NYC friends were on another vibe and needed some boom in their system. They kept screaming ‘Boris at Parkwest’, but we convinced them to check out Vagabond. On the decks at the time we walked in Erol Alkan!

Wanted to share one of our readers:

“I was at that rockin raleigh party too! Paul went off! WMC is my favourite time of the year… great music, great people, beautiful places.. What was really cool was I met this really hot chick and can’t get her out of my head – LOL! Her name is Yenn and I’ve been tracking her down to see if I can spot her again.. she’s a new pop singer or something but isn’t everyone trying to be??”

So Yenn, if you or your friends are out there, holla over here, Adam is looking for you.

Also: Missing my sleep. If you see her (last place spotted she was at the pool side under the shade), let her know I am missing her.

This track says a lot about that time. Not that there aren’t anymore “pookie” heads out there, but this was the time that “the pill” took over every dance floor. We’d do Space right till the sun was rising and from what my brother – a former Space Patio head – would tell me that there were tracks that he’d never hear in the main room at Space or anywhere as a matter of fact.

This was one of those tracks.

Thursday March 26, 2009 – WMC:

We woke up to an early pool party at Surfcomber for a taste of what a Pacha Pool Party is suppose to look like. Very cherry good and lots of girls showing skin. Here I am with a beach ball, turn, suck it in and pose.

This was at sundown on the Sasha Digweed party. I have a lot to say about this one. Tons of pictures and a great time. We shared it with my girls, May and Mel and my old school crew.

After the boat we visited the Surfcomber party we had gone to earlier to catch a glimpse of Victor Calderone and for the last half hour, it was jumping! This is Victor passing me by when I was at Raleigh waiting for the girls.

At the Raleigh penthouse it was a big old commercial for the new Belvedere Vodka, IX. This is the lovely Ana Sofia in her most fabulous outfit!

And the latest obsession is this girl from Brooklyn! LOVE HER, we got each others number, but I forgot her name. I was mesmerized by her glasses. As you can see, this WMC wind was killing it out on the deck at Raleigh. But that didn’t stop us from having cocktails and having a great time.

Today Friday March 27 it’s been a pretty awesome day. GREAT party, great music, and good times all the way. Right now I am downloading the Rehab Pool Party pictures and the rest of the days insanity. Tonight, I am not sure what I am doing. It’s a “play it by ear” night, but those nights always make the next mornings very hard to remember; why are you are wearing a bunny head and a hot pink bathing suit and neon yellow pumps? Possibly cause of the pills?

March 25, when the sun went down, we headed out for the second half of day two.

First stop, hotel lobby party at Royal Palm. Yes, the lobby and the party never stops here from what the concierge told us.

Then it was over to the grand opening of The Betsy Hotel and BLT Steak. From super start kids dancing to TV celebrity sightings of Ramona again & this guy, Jeffrey Donovan of Burn Notice. This one is for my ladies who love the Donovan.

Then right after it was time to hit Parkwest for Danny Tenaglia, but made a quick pit stop at White Room and to my surprise, this MC was rocking the mic. Details later…

Then it was a semi dangerous walk over to Parkwest where I ran into this Pacha honey and the Pacha crew for Danny Tenaglia and the Martinez Brothers. The only VIP was for the Pacha crew, the rest of the club was open space to dance.

I am trying to post as I have free time, but honey, it’s just so deliciously busy with parties and events all over town.

This morning started out fine. Well rested and ready for the day. First stop: The Flawless House, where the party is all pool side with a bar and a view. Nice place, can’t wait for the other parties like Hector Romero on Friday….

After a brief visit at The Sound, we headed over to Hotel Victor for the Chicago House party. But this sexy lady caught my attention on Washington Avenue. Hey girl hey!

I found kids at Victor, dancing to the sounds of the new Chicago house scene at the Debonair WMC Chicago Showcase Pool Party.

This is DJ Dannyboy and percussionist Bam Bam Buddah opening the party and mixing it up.

Some of the Debonair crew soaking in the sun. It is in the 30s in Chi Town right now.

That was our first half of the day. More will come…

As the pictures start rolling in, the parties don’t stop so I can’t either. Just got home from Pacha at Parkwest with The Martinez Brothers and I have a longer day tomorrow with a bunch of boys like Victor, Sasha, Digweed and Miguel.

Day one of Winter Music Conference 2009:

Yesterday we took it pretty easy, considering it’s the first day of WMC 2009. I started with a sit down interview on the rooftop of The Mondrian at sunset. It was gorgeous & relaxing.

Right after, I headed over to BED for an event having nothing to do with WMC, but saw Ramona from Bravo’s The Real Housewives of New York City. She did not mention on her blog that she’s in Miami Beach for the Sony Ericsson Open. We ate well, drank well.

After a little Ed Hardy Champagne at the event, by the way, I really wish fashion designers would stick to making fashion, we took off but not before we were reminded there was a huge party that night at BED. This was true. On our way home from Mansion, there was a crowd outside.

The I ran over to Upper Eastside Garden for the Debbie And Friends Party and the anniversary of UEG. I should have left a little earlier knowing I had just broken a big rule on seeing local acts during WMC, but I got caught up with the vodka infused pineapple chunks and the booty dancing.

After running out as the cops showed up at UEG, we went straight to Electric Pickle for the Karmaloop MAJOR party (indie/electro house) which was suppose to start late. Apparently they were waiting for a rush after Calvin Harris would finish his set at Mansion, go figure. Guess this was the unofficial Calvin Harris after party. Wonder if a rush did end up happening given that Calvin Harris canceled his Mansion appearance.

This was going to mess up my plans. I had to leave early and catch the Mansion party which turned out to be another electro indie thing. I did not get word Calvin had canceled, but I still went over and caught a bit of The Bloody Beetroots who turned out to rock it, for a bit.

I mean they really were celebrated!

I spoke to Armand Van Helden for a bit. I think he thought we were old friends, but it might have been the dark or the indie hair I am sporting. Who knows and who cares. He is still adorably hot but needs to change his look!!! YA! Also Tiesto was in the house with an entourage of 25 to 35 people easy. Bottles, bottles and more bottles were sent to his table right smack in the middle of what use to be the dance floor at Mansion.

By 3:30 am, I was home in bed, ready for today.

HERE ARE SOME REMINDERS:

The infamous “Arthur Murphy School Of Disco” bus will be making runs between The Standard hotel on South Beach and The Double Grand Waterclub. The runs will be made once an hour at approximately X:15 starting at X=12 (noon) and ending at X=11.

The Standard hotel is located at 40 Island Avenue. If you need a ride to The Standard, there is a complimentary shuttle that runs between The Raleigh (1775 Collins Ave) and The Standard every half hour between 9am and 9pm.

That was Musical Missionary for posting that on Face Book. Thanks guy.

Today our plans are to head out to some pool parties, rooftops and other great ones, where we will catch some new DJs, new sounds and new faces. I won’t be texting back much since I will be keeping my eye on the prize, documenting this years WMC.

But follow me on Twitter (www.twitter.com/nefariousgirl), what ever I hear or spot, I will let you know.
